best place ever aman the manager goes out of his way for his customers always there to help you

these guys are the best started bringing my car there and they are fair

Brought in a couple of cars to the shop a few times. They are pretty courteous, helpful and informative.
I normally do not go anywhere else to get inspection, brakes, radiator, etc. What you look for in mechanics is that they are honest and do a good job which they definitely do. Both Aman and Mohammed explain the problem and solution and work within budget you have.

Last week we drove 8 hours down from Montreal Canada our 2001 BMW front left axel loosened & broke apart just as we arrived at our destination at 10pm! Stressed out & exhausted with a car full of luggage we called my sister who immediately told us to have the car towed to her Mechanics at Nor Marathon.
The BP gas station that was part of Nor Marathon took us in that evening and ensured our car would be safe in their lot till the garage opened the next day.
Promtly at 7am the next morning we met the manager Aman and he was quick to address our breakdown. They were able to assess exactly the condition, the parts needed (very fair prices) and cost to get us safely back on the road. Upon inspecting further they also found a leak in our oil filter housing and replaced our radiator hoses. We were aware that these issues were outstanding but figured we would address when we returned back to Canada.
Because of this we know that Aman very honest, exact, and completely fair!
He and his team worked quickly to get us back on the road within that day! By 6pm we were ready to go! We are certain the amount of work he did for us would have taken longer and cost more in our city.
Aman mission statement is true to his words. They know how costly it is to maintain a car.
We owe a debt of gratitude Aman and his mechanics!

One week since the repair:
This is a update to the last review. After our car was repaired we drove to Long Island City to park our car for the balance of our vacation. We left our car parked for a few days in the feeling cold weather and upon leaving for our 8 hour return to Montreal we discovered the our 2 year old car battery had died due to a faulty light on the display screen. We call AAA and they boosted our car and thought it would be best to drive it to restore the battery. While driving we called back Nor Marathon to tell them of what happened as we were headed towards Douglaston. Aman the manager was not in but Mohammed answered and remembered us and told us to come in to have them take a look at the car. They took us without appointment (On Super Bowl Sunday!) and after checking our battery said that we may need a new one but before we we make this additional investment Mohammed said let super charge the battery for 20 minutes to be sure. After the 20 minutes he told us the battery was keeping the charge and we would not need to purchase the new battery! WHAT??? We didn't even need to pay for the boost! We cannot say enough good things about how honest and professional this garage is! They could have sold us a new Battery but instead Mohammed told us we should be okay and when we return to Montreal to take the battery back to the place we bought it for their guarantee. We made it back to Montreal Canada and we really have Aman & Mohammed from Nor Marathon to thank for this! We wish we had this garage in Montreal!

A very reputable service station. The manager Ahmed is an extremely caring and honest person. They do good work & back their work up.

Awesome service, reasonable rates, and far less than I've paid elsewhere. That's more than I can say for most shops.

The guys are always looking to work within my budget, and will let me know what needs to be fixed now, and what can wait another 10k miles without worrying. I reccommended them to friends and family, and I've never felt comfortable doing that with ANY mechanic before.
These guys are the best.
